Where can I access the information on these discount tickets?

The shows participating in the offer and performance dates will be revealed in advance on our Facebook page on the 24th of the month before the offer goes live on the 25th, unless stated otherwise. Based on feedback from our fans, we are making this information accessible earlier so plans can be made ahead of time to purchase for your desired performance.

The offer will be posted directly to the Broadway In Chicago Facebook page at 10:00 a.m. on the 25th and the offer will be active until 11:59 p.m. that day. We have adjusted the availability time to account for the Ticketmaster website’s routine maintenance that takes place overnight.

How do I purchase these tickets?

In person at the box office: This limited offer is available for in person purchases at Broadway In Chicago box offices during opening hours on the 25th. Hours vary weekly and are posted on our website at https://www.broadwayinchicago.com/tickets/order-tickets/#boxofficehours Tickets purchased at the box office are $25 with no additional fees. Let the box office staff member know you are there to purchase tickets for $25 on the 25th. Tickets sold at the box office are in different locations from the seating selection that is made available online to ensure availability at both purchase points when the offer goes on sale.

Desktop users: Click the Ticketmaster URL on the Facebook post that goes live at 10:00 a.m. on the 25th to be redirected to the special $25 on the 25th Ticketmaster page, where you can select the performance you’d like to attend. The $25 on the 25th offers are valid for specific performances only, which are displayed on the page. Be sure to click FIND TICKETS>> (not the show name) to be taken to the seating map for that performance.

Once you select a valid performance, the map should load only the select seating locations (colored in DARK BLUE) that the $25 ticket offer applies to. These tickets are ONLY accessible online through this promotional page – YOU WILL NOT NEED TO ENTER AN OFFER CODE! You may then select your seats and check out – be sure to review your order before purchasing as tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Select the number of seats you would like under “Qty” and continue the Ticketmaster purchase process as normal. Make sure you sign into your TM account on your mobile browser to ensure the process goes smoothly.

You can have Ticketmaster select the Best Seats for you that suits your desired quantity or select them yourself from the seating map.


If your mobile browser redirects you to the Ticketmaster app, complete the purchase process as you would through the app. If you use the TM app, please make sure you have the latest version update.

Why does Ticketmaster display the price as $21.50?

Ticketmaster displays the ticket price before any fees are added, which includes the required facility fee to help with venue upkeep and maintenance. This fee is now $3.50.

How many tickets can I purchase? 

You may purchase up to eight (8) tickets, as long as there is inventory available. Supplies for this promotion are limited and tickets will run out quickly. There may be ticket limits per patron for individual shows.

It’s not working for me. 

You may need to clear your browser cache and refresh the Ticketmaster page if the dates and performances aren’t loading. Also make sure that your browser, software and hardware meet the requirements of the Ticketmaster website. If you are encountering issues on mobile, we recommend first checking that your Ticketmaster app is updated to the most current version. If that still does not work, we suggest trying a different device. If you are encountering issues, please be as specific as possible and privately message us so that we might be able to assist. Can I purchase accessible seating for $25 on the 25th? 

To purchase accessible seating with this offer, please contact our accessibility department by calling 312-977-1700 and selecting option 5 during regular business hours or emailing accessibility@broadwayinchicago.com and specify the available $25 on the 25th performance you are interested in purchasing. They will be able to assist with booking.
