Ticketing tips:
To purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public, consider booking a group, becoming a season subscriber or joining our email list at the top of the page to receive priority seating offers and the best deals! When purchasing tickets online or at a Broadway In Chicago Box Office, you may want to look at a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday performance, as they typically have the best seating availability. General ticket sales for productions typically go on sale six to eight weeks prior to the first performance.

Please do not bring anything to the theatre that will not fit comfortably under your seat. Broadway In Chicago asks all guests to arrive early and travel light. For the comfort, safety, and security of all patrons, Broadway In Chicago reserves the right to search bags for security reasons, regardless of size, but backpacks and other large bags that are approximately 10″ x 10″ or larger may be searched prior to entering the theatre and as such could cause a delay. There are no coat check facilities available.

As a Broadway In Chicago ticket holder who purchased through BroadwayInChicago.com or Ticketmaster.com for any show in 2020, our goal is to provide you with the assurance needed to give you confidence in moving forward with ticket purchases throughout this unprecedented time. If your event is rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date. If your event is canceled, you will receive a full refund. All our programming continues to be re-evaluated based on updated health recommendations.
