Applauded comedian and actor John Leguizamo brings his Tony-nominated (and 2002 Jeff-winning) one-man show to Chicago – “Sexaholix…a love story.” Written and performed by John Leguizamo, “Sexaholix…a love story” explores a variety of subjects including the history of Latin people (“Latinos for Dummies: From Montezuma to Me”), relationships and family. “Sexaholix…a love story” is directed by Peter Askin. An Emmy Award winner, whose career that defies categorization, John wrote and performed “FREAK,” which was Tony Award Nominated for Best Play and for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Play. Leguizamo also won the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Performance in a Variety or Music Program, as well as a nomination for Outstanding Variety, Music, or Comedy Special.
