Q: Where can I park for Broadway In Chicago shows?

A: Broadway In Chicago currently partners with InterPark to give you a great deal on parking in the loop. The map above shows the locations of the garages, their addresses and vicinity to our theatres. CLICK HERE to purchase parking!

Q: Do I get a deal if I pre-pay for parking in advance?

A: Yes, customers get a discount if they purchase online in advance vs same-day parking. CLICK HERE to purchase in advance!

Q: How long is pre-paid parking for?

A: Pre-paid parking passes are valid starting 3 hours prior to the performance start time and last 12 hours from the start of the reservation. Ex: You can enter the parking garage starting at 4:30 PM for 7:30 PM shows, 5 PM for 8 PM shows, 11 AM for 2 PM shows and 10 AM for 1 PM shows. All pre-paid parking passes are one time use.

Q: What time do I need to be out of the parking garage? What time does the parking garages close?

A: All InterPark garages are 24/7 facilities. Pre-paid parking reservations end 12 hours after they start.

Q: What if there is an issue with my ticket? Who do I contact for customer service regarding parking?

A: If you’re having a problem with a pre-paid parking reservation prior to parking, please contact iParkit customer service at interpark.custhelp.com. You can email or chat with a customer service representative. If you have problems at the garage, please hit the assistance button located at the ticket machine or the pay machine in the garage lobbies.

Q: Can I purchase parking along with my tickets when purchasing on Ticket Master?

A: Yes you can! After you select your seats, it will take you to the confirmation page where it has an option to select pre-paid parking for our InterPark garages.

Q: I’m a subscriber, do I get a deal on parking?

A: Yes, as one of the great perks of being a Broadway In Chicago Subscriber, you get a discount on parking to all the shows in your purchased Season. CLICK HERE and enter your Subscriber Number to access discounted parking passes.

Q: What if a show is canceled due to COVID-19 or other, will I get a refund for my pre-paid parking ticket?

A: Yes. Email iParkit from here: interpark.custhelp.com. Please include your barcode number that starts with INT and include the email you made your parking reservation under.
