It’s that time of year again! We’re partnering with Costco for an exclusive $129.99 offer for 2 Orchestra seats! Purchase this offer at participating stores and redeem for two (2) tickets for one (1) of the following shows: Shucked, Moulin Rouge, Riverdance, Tina, Kimberly Akimbo, Parade.

Where will I be sat?
On the orchestra level. Specific seats will be determined at the time of redemption at the discretion of Broadway In Chicago. After you submit your form, your order will be processed and tickets will either mailed to you or held at will call. If you have a specific accessibility need, please note that in the comments section before you submit your form. Multiple voucher redemptions cannot be guaranteed adjacent seating.

Which Costco locations can I purchase at?
This offer is available at Orland Park (9915 W 159th St.), Bloomingdale (505 W Army Trail Rd), Chicago South Loop (1430 S Ashland Ave), North Riverside (2500 S Harlem Ave), Melrose Parke (8400 W North Ave), Glenview (2900 Patriot Blvd), Bolingbrook (830 E Boughton Rd), Oak Brook (1901 W 22nd St), Lake Zurich (680 S Rand Rd), Niles (7311 N Melvina Ave), Naperville (1320 S Route 59 and 1255 E Ogden Ave), Merrillville (1310 E 79th Ave), and Lincoln Park (2746 N Clybourn Ave) supplies are limited and subject to availability.

It’s sold out at my Costco! Will the offer be restocked?
The restocking of this offer is at the discretion of Costco. Supplies are limited. Keep an eye at one of the participating Costco’s as additional inventory may be added.

The offer is not being sold at my Costco. How can I change this?
The distribution of this offer is at the discretion of Costco. Please share your request with the Costco team at https://www.costco.com/WarehouseFeedback.html  

Is there a limit to how many Costco vouchers I can purchase?
There is no limit to the amount of vouchers that you purchase. Please note that the tickets cannot be resold after redemption. This offer is not available to be redeemed for Groups of 10 or more. Multiple voucher redemptions cannot be guaranteed adjacent seating. 

How can I make sure my form was received?
If you received a copy of your responses via email, your submission has been received. Be sure to check your spam for this copy of your responses if you do not see it in your main inbox.

I submitted my form and I haven’t heard anything back yet! When will my order be processed?
Orders are only processed once a show goes on sale, in the order of when they are received, up to 10 business days.

Should I wait until a show goes on sale to submit my voucher?
There’s no need to wait! Once you have your voucher, please submit your form as soon as possible. Seats are first come, first served and once a specific performance has sold out, there will be no seats left for the offer for that specific performance. 

What happens if the show I want to see is already sold out?
If a show is sold out, you may select any additional show on the promotion that is not sold out. 

Are there additional fees after I purchase the voucher?
No additional fees are added. 

Can I redeem for any performance of a show?
The voucher is valid for select Sunday evening – Friday performances. The following shows are included: Shucked, Moulin RougeRiverdance, Tina, Kimberly AkimboParade

Can I buy a voucher and split the voucher between two shows?
No, you must use the voucher for the same show and performance. 

I bought 2 vouchers and want to be seated next to each other when I redeem. How can I make sure that happens?
Before submitting your form, please add a comment in the form with your request to be sat next to your additional voucher. Please include the other voucher number. This offer is not available to be redeemed for Groups of 10 or more. Multiple voucher redemptions cannot be guaranteed adjacent seating. 

I have a specific accessibility need, how can I request accessible seating?
Before submitting your form, please mention your specific accessibility needs in the comments section of the form so our staff can seat you in a proper section. 

What’re the terms and conditions?
Vouchers are redeemable for two (2) orchestra seats to one (1) of the shows listed above, valid for Sun Eve – Friday performances only. All vouchers are redeemable for tickets upon purchase and will be processed on or after your desired show’s public on-sale date, on a first-come, first served basis. Tickets are limited per performance and subject to availability. Exact seating location at discretion of Broadway In Chicago. To help ensure best availability, voucher should be redeemed at LEAST one week prior to your desired performance date. Voucher must be redeemed no later than 24 hours prior to your desired performance. Ticket availability for any performance cannot be guaranteed. Vouchers are not valid for redemption on any other Broadway In Chicago presentations, with other offers or on previously purchased tickets. This offer is not available to be redeemed for Groups of 10 or more. No more than four (4) vouchers can be redeemed for the same show by an individual customer. Multiple voucher redemptions cannot be guaranteed adjacent seating. Upon redemption of voucher, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The duplication or resale of vouchers is prohibited. Broadway In Chicago is not responsible for any lost or stolen vouchers. By redeeming the voucher, patron acknowledges that they have accepted these terms. *Programs, artists, dates and times are subject to change.

Can I purchase an additional seat at full price to be sat next to my voucher seats?
