Broadway In Chicago seeks part-time Sales Office Agents
The sales office agent will work in our subscription or group sales department assisting Group and Subscription buyers on the phone as well as additional tasks as needed. Start/end dates and scheduled weekly hours are flexible with some evening and weekend hours that may be required.
Basic qualifications for all assistant positions include:
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and writing skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn computerized ticketing system.
- An enthusiasm for the arts, entertainment, music, and/or pop culture.
- Fast paced environment with attention to details a must.
Average hourly schedule: Approximately 20 hours or above per week.
