A DIGITAL lottery for forty-four (44) $10 seats will be held for every performance of HAMILTON. Seat locations and the number of tickets awards by the lottery are always subject to availability, and seating is at the discretion of the box office. Notifications will be sent at approximately 11 am the day prior to the performance, and the purchase window will be from 11:01 am – 4 pm the day prior to the performance. All times for the Chicago lottery are Central.
Tickets can be picked up at the CIBC Theatre Box Office (18 W. Monroe) beginning two hours prior to curtain. Photo I.D. is required for pick up. Seat locations and the number of tickets awarded by the lottery are always subject to availability. Seating is at discretion of box office.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Q: May I enter the lottery if I am under the age of 18?
A: No. As outlined in the terms and conditions, lottery entrants must be at least 18 years of age. Winners will need a valid photo ID that exactly matches the first and last name of the lottery entrant in order to pick up the tickets.
Q: How do you pick winners?
A: The digital lottery is randomized and the order of entry has no effect on participants’ chances of winning.
Q: Can I give someone else my tickets?
A: You may, but only the winner can purchase the tickets, and the winner must claim the tickets at the Box Office with a photo ID that matches the name used when purchasing the tickets. After picking up tickets, you can provide your winning tickets to a family member. Any tickets determined to be resold will be VOIDED.
Q: It’s after notification time – where are my results?
A: Notification for entrants who entered on the App will be delivered as follows: (i) winners who disabled App notifications on their devices will be notified by e-mail sent by Lucky Seat; (ii) winners who did not disable App notifications will be notified by push notification from the App; (iii) non-winners who did not disable App notifications on their devices will be notified by push notification from the App; and (iv) non-winners who disabled App notifications on their devices will not be notified. You can check your, status by going to the lottery page in the App. Additionally, if you’ve won the drawing, you may receive additional communications regarding the lottery using the contact info you’ve provided.
